Zelts Yang founded ZeL CuraTours in 2026, after four years spent learning travel design from the ground up — first leading groups, then designing custom routes, then curating for clients who had already seen everything and were hardest to surprise.

Along the way he closed and delivered flagship corporate incentive programmes across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and quietly built a private-client practice for families who wanted more than a well-run itinerary — they wanted someone to understand why they were travelling in the first place.

ZeL CuraTours is the consolidation of that practice: a boutique journey-design studio built around one belief — that once a person is truly understood, the rest of the journey designs itself.

Four abilities, applied to every journey.

Perspective TakingNot "what would they like" but "what would I feel, if I were them." Every decision starts from inside the client's experience, not a menu of options.
Experience SimulationThe entire journey is walked through mentally before it becomes a proposal — every arrival, wait, meal, and departure. If it doesn't work in the mind first, it doesn't get sent.
Mental RehearsalRisk isn't bolted on afterward. Weather, delays, and disruption are designed for at the same time as the itinerary — not discovered mid-trip.
Narrative ConstructionA journey has a rhythm — exposition, void, turn, climax, afterglow — not just a sequence of activities. Designing that shape is the actual job.

Identity Before DestinationA place isn't special because of itself. It becomes unique because of who is standing in it, and why.
Emotional ArchitectureThe emotion curve is designed first — the shape of the week — before a single activity is chosen to fill it.
Contingency Before ConfirmationGood design isn't the absence of accidents. It's that every accident has already been designed for, before the client ever sees the proposal.
